KITTE Nagoya Sync-Link Christmas

During the 2024 winter season, SHAKE SYNC — co-developed by Zero by Zero — was featured as the centerpiece of the Christmas illumination event "SYNC LINK CHRISTMAS" at KITTE Nagoya (JP Tower Nagoya), running from November 13 to December 25, 2024.

A giant Christmas tree installed in the first-floor atrium changed color when visitors shook SHAKE SYNC blocks, making each guest an active participant in the illumination. SHAKE SYNC is a block-shaped developmental toy that changes its light color when shaken and passes that color to neighboring blocks when brought close. At this event, that mechanism was applied to the tree display, creating an experience where visitors themselves became part of the artwork.

The "SYNC LINK LIGHTING" light-up shows were held multiple times daily, and throughout the run of the event, visitors of all ages used SHAKE SYNC to color the tree in their own way.
