"Drops of Light" is an installation where white moire patterns are generated by two giant punching boards. White dots express the symbolic beauty of natural phenomena such as Komorebi (sunbeams streaming through leaves), Yurameki (shimmering ocean), and Konayuki (powder snow).

Award: Won the DSA Design Space Award 2012 from Japan Design Space Association for the Granship exhibition. Published in the Annual of Space Design in Japan 2013.
