We are now exhibiting our installation artwork, “Drops of Light [Osaka]” in Osaka, Japan.
This artwork was created for Osaka Canvas Project and on display until Jan. 29 at World Trade Center, Osaka.
White moire patterns are generated by two giant punching boards.
White dots express symbolic beauty of natural phenomenon such as Komorebi (sunbeams streaming through leaves), Yurameki (shimmering ocean), Konayuki (powder snow).
We won the second prize at KOBE Biennale 2011 Art in a Container International Competition.
The installation work “White Dots Room” is now on view at Kobe Harborland (Hyogo-pref., Japan) until Nov 23.
