閃光［2013］
閃きは創造の原点。閃きが閃きを呼び、アイデアをつみ重なることで、新たなモノが創り出されている。その過程はどれもドラマチックで、私たちを感動させる。本作では、閃きの衝撃を、LEDによる「閃光」を発生させることで、視覚的に表現する。この光は、人の動きにより生まれ、その瞬間、時速100km以上のスピードで、空間を縦横無尽に飛びまわる。閃光同士がぶつかり合うと強い光が灯る。これはモノの誕生の表現である。

Flash [2013] A flash of inspiration is the starting point of creativity. Flashes of inspiration lead to more flashes of inspiration, and new things are created by piling up ideas. Each process is dramatic and moving. In this work, the impact of a flash of inspiration is visually expressed by generating a “flash of light” using LEDs. This light is born from the movement of a person, and at that moment, it flies freely in all directions through space at a speed of over 100 km per hour. When the flashes collide with each other, a strong light is lit. This is an expression of the birth of an object.
